Share Your Story

If you would like to have your story on our website please send it via e-mail to a.foster@levinecardiackids.com. If you would like us to use a picture of your child with your story please send it as an attachment in image format: JPEG, TIFF, BMP, GIF with your childs name as the title of the image.

Please include the childs name, the author's name, your child's website if they have one and you chose to share it, Date of Birth, and the diagnosis.
